Pedigree Crawler
This is another XR app I had built which is called Pedigree Crawler (PC version, VR version and MR version), which demonstrates a new method to visualise the relationships about the plant genomics among all the generations of the wheat.
All these apps were developed by Unity 3D and the data were analysed by Python integration. All the data was provided by the department of Agriculture and Food in CSIRO, and this was also a collaboration project between ANU and CSIRO.
